The short version. This marketing website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The Pikora app stores a small amount of data on your own device so you stay signed in. That is the whole story.
This website
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
This site carries its own copy of the typeface it uses, so loading it makes no request to any third party. It used to fetch the font from Google, which sent your IP address there; it does not any more.
The Pikora app
The app does not use browser cookies. It uses local storage on your device for:
- Your session. A token that keeps you signed in so you do not have to log in every time. Cleared when you sign out or delete the app.
- Preferences. Small things like which tab you were on and whether you have seen a one-time explainer.
- Draft looks. An outfit you are part way through building, so you do not lose it if the app closes.
This data lives on your device. It is not shared with other users and it is not used to build an advertising profile.
How to control it
- In the app: sign out to clear your session, or delete the app to clear everything it stored locally.
- In your browser: clear site data for this domain in your browser settings.
- Your account data is separate from this and is covered by the Privacy Policy — including how to delete it.
Shops we link to
When you tap through to a shop, that shop sets its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over those and they are not covered here. Where an affiliate network is involved, it may set an identifier to attribute a purchase; we receive aggregate reporting only, never your order contents or payment details.
Changes
If we ever add analytics or any non-essential cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent first, through a banner that lets you refuse as easily as accept. Until you see one, there is nothing to consent to.
